Professional Experience
Becci is trained in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma focused therapies including EMDR. She takes a client centered approach to working with her clients.
Becci is interested in seeing others learn and grow from their life experiences. Walking alongside her clients, Becci helps them identify what is needed so that they can feel successful.

Becci's approach to therapy is down to earth and person-centered. Helping clients find their areas of competency, she encourages them to use those strengths to move into the life they aspire to have.
Becci feels building a solid rapport with a client is one of the best indicators for successful therapy. Previous clients have complimented her nonjudgmental approach, as it has allowed them to let down their guard and explore their life with honesty and openness.
Becci considers herself to be not only an avid listener, but a teacher. She loves to hear her clients report back how they are applying new skills she has taught them, as she helps them refine what isn’t working and encourages what it. Becci believes when a client feels confident in their own ability to face their problems head on, she has done her job.
Becci lives on a gravel road outside of Jefferson City, MO. She and her husband have two teenagers and two spoiled dogs, Rascal and Sparky. She enjoys spending time outdoors, taking care of plants, cutting grass, gardening, and simply sitting on the porch reading a good book.
